• ScanEvent Manager (for organizers)
• ScanEvent Team (for exhibitors and partners)
• ScanEvent App (for participants)

By accessing or using ScanEvent, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Platform: all ScanEvent web and mobile applications
• User: any person or entity using ScanEvent
• Organizer: entity organizing an event
• Exhibitor: company participating in an event
• Participant: visitor attending an event
• Content: any data, text, image or material uploaded

ScanEvent provides a digital event management ecosystem including:

• Event creation and management
• Registration and ticketing
• Badge generation and access control
• Communication tools
• Lead collection and analytics
• Post-event reporting

ScanEvent may modify its features at any time.

To use certain features, you must:

• Provide accurate information
• Protect your login credentials
• Be responsible for your account

ScanEvent may suspend an account in the event of incorrect information.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Post fraudulent or harmful content
• Disrupt the security of the system
• Collect data without consent

Any violation may result in suspension.

Users retain ownership of their data.

ScanEvent processes data solely to provide its services.

Security measures are implemented to protect user information.

Use of the platform implies acceptance of data processing for:

• Event management
• Communication
• Analytics and reporting

Pricing is defined in a commercial offer.

Payment is required before activation of services.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

All rights related to the platform, software and the ScanEvent brand remain the exclusive property of ScanEvent.

Copying or modifying the platform is strictly prohibited.

Users are responsible for the content they publish.

ScanEvent may use this content to provide its services.

ScanEvent is not responsible for user-generated content.

ScanEvent does not guarantee continuous or error-free service.

Interruptions may occur (maintenance, technical issues).

ScanEvent is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of revenue.

ScanEvent may suspend access in the event of a violation or non-payment.

The user may stop using the platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by Algerian law.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Algerian courts.

ScanEvent may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service are effective as of April 18, 2026.
